About bookings for tee time only for Karuizawa 72 golf

This golf course is one of the golf  courses where cancellation regulations are severe.
In case of booking, I accept only those who can pay the cancellation fee in advance.
The cancellation fee will be returned to you if you do not cancel, but the PayPal fee will be deducted 10%.
Cancellation charge is basically based on advance payment.
But I will not charge in advance as long as you can declare that you will be in a position to pay later.
The cancellation charge is 5,500 yen per person.
